This form is to be completed if you wish to set up a recurring monthly gift in support of Living Hope Church.
A recurring monthly gift is a donation that will be charged to your credit or debit card on the same date every month. Please choose the amount that you want to give monthly and the effective date you wish to have this charged to your account.
We rely mainly on the gifts of our members and well-wishers. Accordingly, we value your financial support. Your gift will be used solely for the aims and objectives of Living Hope Church, including the funding of our broadcast media activities.
