Our prayer to set up Living Hope TV was based on our passionate commitment to evangelism. The urgency to share the gospel with fervency and directness has been with Living Hope Church since its inception on 8th of November, 1998.
We have invested time and money in doorstep evangelism, tract writing and distribution, and witnessing in the community through local events sponsored solely by us, or in partnership with other Churches and voluntary agencies.
Living Hope TV is our most ambitious building block in our desire to reach the nations, this time through the instantaneous impact and appeal of satellite broadcast.
We are grateful to the LORD our God for answers to prayer, for His commission and the provision for it.
We started broadcasting on Revelation TV on 23 September 2003. At the time we had only one slot – Fridays 00.30 hours. But God proved Himself in our adventure and made room for us to move to Thursdays at 23.30 hours.
Later, the Lord opened a further door for us by increasing our broadcast to twice a week, adding Mondays at 12.00 hours. By His grace we later secured two further weekly slots on Classic TV, Sky Channel 247 – Tuesdays and Fridays at 19.30 hours.
Currently, all our four slots are with Revelation TV. We broadcast Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays at 11.30 p.m. (UK time).
For us, Living Hope TV is a dynamic tool for presenting the simplicity of the good news of Jesus Christ, and enabling viewers to access the wondrous goodness of God through worship, prayers and Christian fellowship right in their own front room.
Although the programming is directed and hosted by Pastor Kemi Ilori, the Executive Pastor of Living Hope Church, other people also join him from time to time to preach and teach the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ through Living Hope TV.
The heart of Living Hope TV is the message of the Lord Jesus Christ, a message of hope and joy, challenging the audience to engage with Jesus Christ and discover for themselves the power and benefits of the new life that is found only in Him.
In addition to direct Spirit-filled preaching of the word of God, there are interviews, music presentations, Christian focus and interest group events, and associated vital links to social and faith issues in the richness of the ministry of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Living Hope TV is one of the brightest ways of presenting Jesus Christ in an effective way, overflowing with the message of hope and salvation. Our theme is “Believing God for the Impossible.”
