Men's Conference 2008
We wish to invite you to our Men's conference on Saturday 21st June 2008. The programme starts at 10.00 a.m., including worship, prayers, seminars, networking and mentoring.
Gurest speakers are drawn from TREM, Leeds (Pastor Sola Ransome-Kuti), Mt Zion Church, Leeds (Pastor Amos Williams) and the New Testament Church, Leeds (the Reverend Levi Bailey).
The theme of this year's conference is found in Daniel 11:32b - "...Those who know their God will be strong and carry out great exploits."
Feel free to join us as the Lord refreshes our hopes and aspirations!
Women's Conference 2008
Our Women's conference is on Saturday 28th June 2008. The programme starts at 10.00 a.m., including worship, prayers, seminars, networking and mentoring.
Our theme is "A woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised." (Proverbs 31:30)
We are expecting a number of guest speakers and pastors from various Churches.
Feel free to join us as the Lord meets with us to enrigh our life in Him.
Committing to God in the Local Church
The Lord certainly depends on those who believe in Him with all their heart. The deeper your relationship with Jesus, the easier it is for you to commit your whole time to Him. He is the Lord of every aspect of your life when you truly know Him as your Lord and Saviour. It is not just in your financial generosity towards proclaiming the gospel that you will be faithful, your personal time will be donated to Him as well in various ways. |

The Lord encourages us to use our time wisely, to invest our time in events that meet the purpose of salvation. We cannot just sit back and be contented with only Sunday meetings, there are weekday meetings, there are annual events, there are special occasions! Certainly, where your treasure is, there your heart will be. If the kingdom of God is your only treasure on earth, you will try your level best to protect your investment and to increase it as well. How? Quite simple: yielding your life to God in obedience to His word, gathering together with believers in public worship in celebration of your faith in Jesus, and being fruitful in every good work to the glory of God.
